BREWBIKE OVERVIEW
Brewbike is changing the future of business for the future of all of us. We launch lean student-run food and beverage retail on college campuses across the country. In the process, we’re equipping and enabling the next generation of American entrepreneurs. Brewbike was founded in 2016 by undergrads at Northwestern University. Since then, we’ve raised $4M+, expanded to campuses nationwide, and trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Launch Director, you will oversee Brewbike operations at one or more universities. This includes managing our campus teams of ~20-40 student employees who operate their campus operations on a day-to-day basis, implementing solutions to improve daily operations, and leading growth initiatives. This role is an opportunity to work at a startup that’s taking off, to work with a small, tight-knit team, to have lots of autonomy and influence over a growing company, and to build real skills and have real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Train, manage, and mentor student leaders

Oversee Brewbike campus operations at one or more campuses

Build a collaborative and respectful campus culture

Resolve conflict and give feedback

Provide strong and consistent leadership

Develop campus growth strategies

Lead company-wide projects that will improve campus operations as we scale


QUALIFICATIONS

Persistence, creativity, and a cool head in the face of day-to-day operational issues

People skills; high emotional intelligence

A growth mindset and desire to learn

Passion for entrepreneurship and startups

Willingness and ability to have difficult conversations

Strong verbal communication skills

An entrepreneurial attitude

Experience with cafés and coffee is a plus
