Hey! It’s Gus from Brewbike Northwestern. It wouldn’t be spring break without a cocktail or two… But don’t worry if you’re stuck studying this week, we got a mocktail to keep you covered AND caffeinated!

COCKTAIL RECIPE:

Malibrew Coconutini

  • 1 oz. Brewbike Chocolate Cold Brew
  • 1 oz. Malibu Rum
  • 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup for Drizzle

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Drizzle chocolate syrup around your glass for some *class*. Pour in your drink and enjoy!

If you’re enjoying the break somewhere warm, blend the ingredients in a blender with as much ice as there is liquid for a Frozen Malibu Coconutini!

  • 1 oz. Brewbike Chocolate Cold Brew
  • 1 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz. Heavy cream
  • ½ tsp. Chocolate Syrup
  • Chocolate Syrup for Drizzle
