Since then, we’ve expanded to campuses nationwide, and trained hundreds of young entrepreneurs.

Job Overview
Brewbike is looking for a talented HR manager to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building an early-stage and high-growth startup. This individual will be an integral member of our leadership team and will play a critical role in leading Brewbike through considerable growth.

Responsibilites and Duties:

  • Administer and manage pay, benefits, and company policies
  • Partner with the leadership team to  build and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
  • Investigate and resolve employee issues and recommend resolutions, based on policy, as appropriate
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices


  • 3+ years’ relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience building and implementing core HR processes and programs
  • Experience in HR systems
  • Experience with budget management
  • People skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Willingness and ability to have difficult conversations
  • An entrepreneurial attitude
